Recession Obsession
I've been scouring the stores and websites alike for an amazing pair of shoes.
I either want some bomb colors or same crazy designed shoe.
I've found a couple that I pretty much die for and now just have to save up about a thousand dollars for them. gawd.
In other fashion news: I have been wearing my boyfriends jeans and I am totally in love with them.
They were my favorite jeans on him and now they are my favorite jeans on me. They have a huge rip in the back under the pocket and they are totally faded, but they are so comfortable and gorgeous.
Also, I have been slightly obsessed with pink clothing, I'm still on a mission for skirt. Also, bows, I want a fat gold bow necklace and bows for my hair.
I still find myself wanting to buy fur even though its been about 90 degree weather lately (with the exception of today's overcast).
I am making a prediction that little figure shaped clutch bags are gonna be it. I'd love one in the shape of a bird or an eagle's head, something of that sort. But i doubt i will find it. hmmm now that I have welding skills I can probably make myself one.

My Salvation, I am an Army of One.
I love to buy clothes. Intensely.
I've been meaning to go to Salvation Army for a while and today that I finally went it was perfection.
I picked out about 10 things, and usually i'll try them on and only end up liking about 4 or 5 out of those 10, but rarely there are those days when I love everything I try on, and it fits perfect and I think to myself "Why do I shop anywhere else?"
I still have no answer to that, but i'm gonna go with, "just 'cause".

Madame Butterfly
I played hooky today. I watched the Sandlot instead.
Why is that movie so classic, and why is that no matter how annoying it is, I quote as many lines as I can remember?
I am realizing how much love I have for my bicycle.
I love to be on it, and when I walk past it and see it chained up to the rack I completely compliment myself on what a good looking bike i have. haha
Speaking of good looking things, I must have seen about 789649 butterflies today.
While I was walking, while I was on my bike, while I was driving...
it made me think of Lady In the Water, and how the butterflies would swarm the interpreter.
This made me realize, I am the interpreter.
These butterflies are a sign that soon I must gather all of my people and we are going to have to save a Lady in the Water, (or of the water or maybe not even a lady, maybe she's magic and she has come to tell me that I am magic and the butterflies are my transportation to this magical land).
